These Terms & Conditions govern your use of robertzak.eu and any services provided by Robert Zak.

Services

I provide website design, development, hosting setup and ongoing support.

Each project’s scope and pricing are agreed individually, typically via email or written proposal.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful content (text, images, etc.).
• Review and approve drafts and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Use delivered websites in compliance with applicable laws.

Communication

I may contact you by email, phone or one-to-one SMS from: +420 730 938 930 or +1 888-275-3840 regarding your project or support request.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Standard rates may apply.

Payments

Payment terms and amounts are defined per project and invoiced electronically.

Intellectual property

• You retain ownership of your provided content.
• Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the completed website.
• I may display non-confidential work in my portfolio, with your permission.

Limitation of liability

I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

No third-party lead generation

I do not sell, rent or share client contact data and do not provide third-party lead generation or MLM services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
